master Training Institute Refund-Rebooking Policy
Purpose
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and rebookings apply for training delivered by Master Training Institute, in accordance with ASQA requirements and fair consumer practices.
Scope
This policy applies to all learners enrolled in training courses delivered by Master Training Institute.
Policy
Late Cancellations (within 2 days / 48 hours)
If a learner cancels their enrolment within 48 hours of the scheduled course commencement:
- No refund will be issued.
- A training credit may be granted to attend the next available course date, subject to availability.
- A $55 rebooking fee applies for each course transfer.
Use of Credit
- Credit may only be applied to the same course or an equivalent course, at the discretion of Master Training Institute.
- Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Credit must be used within six (6) months from the date of issue. Unused credit will expire after this period.
- Credit may only be used once the applicable rebooking fee has been paid.
No-Shows
If a learner fails to attend the course without prior notice (no-show):
- No refund will be provided.
- No credit will be issued.
- The enrolment will be forfeited in full.
Notification Requirements
All cancellations or rebooking requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@mastertraining.com.au. Timeframes are determined by the date and time the email is received by Master Training Institute.
Course Cancellation by Master Training Institute
If Master Training Institute cancels or reschedules a course, learners will be offered:
- Transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost, or
- A full refund of fees paid.
