Nationally recognised training course gives participants the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and efficiently operate EWP (Scissor Lift or Boom Lift under 11mt) in a variety of different terrains and situations. An EWP uses a telescoping device, hinged device, articulated device or any combination of these to raise personnel, equipment and materials to perform elevated work.
On completion participants will be able to competently understand and perform:
Legislations and standards applicable to operate an EWP - Scissor Lift or Boom Lift under 11mt Risk management, control procedures and planning workConduct routine checks of equipment and setting up the EWP - Scissor Lift or Boom Lift under 11mtOperating, shutting down and secure the EWP - Scissor Lift or Boom Lift under 11mt #Please note: This course does not include High Risk Work Licence Boom Lift over 11mt .
On successfully completion of being deemed competent you will receive a statement of attainment A short literacy and numeracy test will be required
