AHCPMG304 - Use Firearms To Humanely Destroy Animals

COURSE OUTCOMESThis course is necessary for professionals who are required to possibly destroy animals with firearms as part of their occupation. The course focusses heavily on additional firearms safety, shooting from different positions, how bullets kill, ensuing humane death to vermin animals. ENTRY REQUIREMENTSIn order to participate in this course, students must meet the following requirements:
Must be over 18 years of ageChildren of at least 11 years of age can use certain firearms with approved adult supervision under a minors licence. Must have written permission to attend the courseMust not have any physical or other impairment which would prevent you from handling firearms safely – if unsure, seek advice from your GP or contact us to discuss suitabilityMust not have any criminal convictions (relating to drug use, violence or weapons) in the past five yearsMust not have been a subject to a domestic violence order in the past five yearsMust not have been a subject to an involuntary mental health order in the past five years
RESOURCES AND EQUIPMENTAll equipment will be provided and notes provided for referencing once the course is completed. Enclosed shoes needed to be worn.
Participants are asked to bring lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.
COSTIncludes all reference material and all ammunition for all firearms categories used. Please contact us for current pricing.
